Personal Interests

Dr. Kilavos enjoys spending time with her husband, Nick, and 3 children. In her free time, she enjoys exercise, swimming, and going to Georgetown basketball games.


Dr. Kilavos is a native Washingtonian. She is a graduate of Williams College with a B.A. in Biology, cum laude. She played on the field hockey team for four years and lacrosse team for two years. She graduated from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington D.C. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Tufts-New England Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. She returned to the area in 2005 and is currently practicing primary care medicine with her father and two sisters at Frekko Primary Care. Dr. Kilavos has referral privileges at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital. She has been named to the Washingtonian Top Doctors list several times.

Dr. Kilavos currently serves on the Development Committee for E.L. Haynes Public Charter School in Washington D.C.
